Doors are now OPEN to The Reset Series
Brought to you by: Meraki Skincare, Play not Pause and the Mindful Nutritionist
What is the Reset Series?
The Reset Series is a collaboration between skincare, strength and nutrition experts, created to support women as they navigate the changes that come with ageing.
As users of social media ourselves, we recognise that the internet and social media is a very confusing place with lots of misinformation, contradiction and an overwhelming number of influencers and companies trying to sell you 'wellbeing'.
So, we have combined our expertise in these 3 areas and created a membership platform as a one-stop-shop for all your questions and answers.
Why is the Reset Series different?
Centred around community and a sense of belonging, monthly subscribers can connect, ask questions and access trusted advice from specialists who understand the challenges and opportunities of approaching midlife and beyond.
Through practical tips, myth-busting content, expert guidance and realistic strategies, The Reset Series empowers women to make informed choices about their health and wellbeing. Our focus is on progress, not perfection, helping you build strength, confidence and healthy habits while staying accountable to yourself.
How much does it cost to join?
We want to make our community and expertise available for all, so for the price of roughly 2 x coffees per month ($14 USD), you can have access to our community and expert advice at your fingertips - plus, you will save time in your week as you no longer need to scroll social media to find answers to your health questions!
How do I join?
We use an app called 'Skool' which you can download and create an account. Contained in the app are monthly topics including tutorials, instruction videos, recipes and a message board so you can ask questions about each topic, which will change each month.
To learn more about our community and to become a member, click here to our Skool page.
We can't wait to welcome you in.
