Journey towards better health

with a whole mind and body personalised approach to your nutrition and wellbeing.

Hello,
I'm Karen Pike.

A BANT registered nutritional therapist and health coach who specialises in female health from midlife and beyond.

Midlife is a time of change as we start the transition into perimenopause typically from our late 30s. If we have been lucky and have sailed through without any health symptoms, perimenopause often will then throw up health challenges. We live in a busy world and are always expected to be 'on' which becomes more challenging when our hormones start to change and affect how our body operates.

My job is to support in guiding you back towards wellbeing with my specialist knowledge and training in how to optimise gut and hormone health. I use an evidence-based approach to nutrition, supplements, movement and lifestyle advice.
Together we look at everything including your full health history, current diet and exercise routine, your symptoms and your mental and emotional health.

In-depth consultations provide a chance for me to get to know and understand you as a person. This enables me to support you in every aspect of your health with a plan that’s bespoke, realistic and personalised just for you.
